Our dances are usually repeated twice, to assist mentally retaining the sequences.
The first weeks’ dance program is given below. 

We usually complete two sequences of each dance, but when we all become familiar with the sequences, then each dance will be carried out only once.
 In future programmes, we will add a number 1 to indicate that the sequence will only be danced once.
